Re: Medicine Offers Discussion Thread 2012 EntryAh thank you! And around the 80% mark. It's not the comment entry method in the UK, more for those mature students without a traditional background (I've never undertaken any sciences).(Original post by apple17)
What mark do you need for a distinction, don't really have access courses here (canadian) but I am sure you will do well.
Where in Canada? -
Re: Medicine Offers Discussion Thread 2012 EntryOh I see, yeah heard about it on TSR but not a lot on the websites etc.(Original post by islanders)

Well, atm, I am more frightened about the IB but I am sure after July 6th( result day), if I get the grade, I will be excited beyond belief.

Have you made your decision yet?
It's been part of the daily routine for the past few months and now suddenly it's not needed any more. Going to take some time to get used to.(Original post by twelve)

Finally got an offer!! :D - how is everyone else doing?
So after 5 months of waiting and 3 rejections I have finally got an offer to study medicine, and at Imperial no less. I am so excited/happy I could literally fly right now!! (mostly becuase the waiting is finally over)

It's funny because I don't know what they have asked me for because I'm on holiday and I only found out through UCAS, so when I get home I will find out what grades I need... But I don't care, I'm just so happy that I've got an offer!
EDIT: Found the grades that I need: AAA
How many other hopeful medics are still waiting, and who has got all their replies?
