Fenwick Graduate Scheme 2012

Anyone applied or done it before? I'm going to apply to the Brent Cross one tonight. I have a fashion background with lots of retail experience, and I think the scheme would suit me as I'm currently interning in a fashion buying head office and haven't found it as fun as being on the shop floor, so I'm thinking this could be better as its buying that's shop floor based.

Do they put people in the fashion departments, as that's what I'm most interested in? I don't mind trying out everything, but I'd like to specialise in fashion eventually if possible.

Also do you know if staff in Fenwicks have to wear a uniform? I haven't been to a store as I don't live anywhere near one.

Does anyone know much about the recruitment process or what they want from grads? Will I be penalised for being from a fashion course?

I applied to the Brent Cross Fenwick grad scheme and I received a letter inviting me to the assessment day in Feb, have you heard anything from them?
Im not sure what to expect as I haven't been to an assessment day before, all I know is I need to prepare a presentation which is a bit scary! Im currently in my final year of uni and looking for a career in buying as that is what im interested in and have had some experience in, so this scheme sounds good!
Let me know if anyone else is going to the assessment day too!
