Binomial Expansion Question C2

Expand (1x)3 (1-x)^3 as a series in xx .

I know how to do Binomial expansion. But Im unsure on what the question is asking me. Is it simply asking me to do the expansion. Or something else. Thanks.

Part b, Hence expand (13x)(1x)3 (1-3x) * (1-x)^3 .
Again I just want to know what its asking, thanks.

The first part asks you to expand ... what could that be other than expand ... not sure what you are asking there

The second part asks you to multiply the answer to the first part by (1-3x)

For the first part, I was asking. What the question meant by, ' as a series in X '

Thank you.

The expansion of (a+bx)^n always gives a series in x ... a set of terms using x that are added together
