Are tuition fees for home students studying in SEFP the same as undergraduate tuition fees?

I applied for the SEFP a while ago. Assuming that I do receive an offer, when will I have to choose what degree to progress onto after doing the foundation year?

I had to pick when I made my UCAS app. I picked the foundation yr + 3yrs of Phys option (FFX3)

Well when I applied for student finance for this degree it's put me down for £9000 in tuition loan but not sure if that's just automatic and will change later or if that is in fact what they'll charge
