Hi there

I have recently noticed that my computer isn't working properly. I will be in the middle of using it and suddenly the mouse won't move, the keyboard won't work and if I'm printing the printer stops working. This is a new problem (and I've only had the computer about a month). I have to restart the computer several times before it works again and often get the message that the restart has failed. It's then usually not long before this happens again ( a few minutes)

Any advice? Feel free to dumb it down, I know nothing about computers.
