Recipe for Orkney Fudge?

I didn't have a clue where to post this thread, so its here...
I need to find a recipe for it, and i can't. Anyone got any ideas?

Local library would be my first port of call.
I had a quick look around, and could find plenty of fudge recipes (as could you I presume) but none specifically Orkney, are you sure it's not just a brand name/place, and isn't just normal fudge made there?

Would Orkney fudge be similar to Scottish tablet? Just an idea because there are LOADS of recipes for that on the internet ...
