A guy is stalking me!!!!!!

Hi

Basically, this creep is following me, pranking me, and not leaving me alone, I'm in a relationship with somebody and the guy who is stalking me I've only met in passing. He pranks me all the time on various phones, parks his car outside my house shouting obscenties. He waits me for me outside my work and pulls up at the bus stop, winks and drives off, I don't know what to do because he's really stressing me out. At first he tried romancing me but I rejected him and then he turned creepy.

He's also threatened my boyfriend countless occasions in nightclubs.

I decided to check him out a little, and it transpires, he's got convictions for harassment against another women in our area. He's got a reputation for being a ' hardcase' and has a big family.

This is really stressing me out, he won't leave me alone! what can I do :frown:

Get a diary - write down dates, times and what he does whenever you see him following you.
Record his phone calls if possible.
Film him when he is parked outside your house if you can.

Take all of that to the police, and file a harassment report. They can't really do much without evidence, so if you have all of the above in order, you have a better chance of getting a restraining order against him.
