i take it your all already in uni?

im prepping for it and basically not buying anything which i will not need for uni and cutting all outgoings unless i need it for uni lol. i know its hard but for the sake of 3/4 years of hardship it'll pay off after uni with less debt and more money sense/value.

This might sound a bit of a silly question, but could it be possible for me to go to Uni next year and survive without a student loan? I should be able to get a grant of £2,341.

I've done a quick calculation on an estimate on the loan that I could get and it totals at £3,575. This would be more debt that I would have to repay in the future, if I could survive without a loan, I will get a job whilst an university, would this be possible?

Personally get a loan. A 3k loan is probably quite close to a part time job income plus term time etc you want to concentrate on studies a little extra debt but better marks is more preferred to me.

Back up to £1500. Not much compared to what others on here have, but I'm happy.

Yes I have a job as a support worker at the moment, looking for something else in addition to this in order to supplement my income a wee bit.

What kind of job are you looking for yourself?

Ebay now seem to have removed their normal rate (40% of sellers fees) for all purchases on their site made via QUIDCO, the ****ing corporate swines!

Excellent stuff. Why are you stressed out? Have you got a lot on at the moment with uni and such?

Well for example, in 9 hours time I have 2500 word essay due and I've done 700words so far. I already have an extension on another essay which was due Monday, I've got an exam on Monday, I've got another 2000 word essay due next wednesday, and then my last exam next thursday.

I've just torn some cartilage in my knee today spent the day in a&e hence why I'm up doing this essay.

Trying to do everything possible to not fall asleep. Keep trying to reward myself every few hundred words.
