Hey! First one so far! How're you finding revision for this exam? Luckily it's not until near the end of January so we have a little while longer to revise

Not too sure - sorry! Just make sure when you talk about the chain of consequences on the business that you always include a link to the case-study, getting you up to L3 analysis

We didnt really get model answers, but my teacher told us if they ask for consequences, give 2 consequences, but then also give a benefit. This way you are balancing your argument, and all. Same goes for the advantages and disadvantages. Because this will then help you with the last questions about Evaluating, etc.

Are you all ready for the exam though?? I feel like I'll forget about it

Good advice Helpful especially for the last 18 marker! Yeah I feel kinda ready for it, I've been doing quite a few practice essays from the past papers, etc, trying to sharpen up my exam technique. How about you?

Thanks! and that's exactly what I've been doing as well, doing past paper questions, and checking the mark schemes to see what the examiners look for. But I swear, even if I think I'm ready, tomorrow's paper will prove me otherwise -.- lol

Oh, Organisation Structures are alright for me, but the communication bit - like why do they want us to tell them what communication method to use?! honestly! lol

For organisation structures, just learn the advantages and disadvantages of Flat and Tall structures, and how chain of command and span of control vary from each of the structures. As well as the decentralised/centralised decision making. Thats pretty much it, i think
