What do you mean, exactly? There is no official end of unit test for DF. There are past papers available from Jan 2001 to June 2011 including the specimen papers, which include all of F331 (or for the older ones, '2850').

Unless you are talking about the one that is in the Teacher and Technician package or something? That's all I can think of. All I can remember is that it wasn't very good and doing past papers is much better.
