Requesting deferred entry AFTER getting an offer?

Hello people of Lancaster!

Basically, I really really really want to go to Lancaster, and I've got a BBB offer for Theatre Studies! YAY! Except no academic scholarship offer :frown: (side note: am I allowed to ask for an academic scholarship offer?). So it's definately going to be my top choice :biggrin:

BUT....hold on, all is not calm on the high seas....oh no, I didn't apply for deferred entry but have since thought it might be a good idea. Oooops :redface:

SO....Do you think if I emailed/rang up Lancaster and, speaking in a very nice, innocent, angelic voice, asked for deferred entry, they'd let me? :confused: Or is there a chance they'd be stone cold and say 'NO! Offer withdrawn':confused:?

Basically, is there a chance that they'll withdraw my offer if I asked for deferred entry? Or is the worst they can do just refuse? I don't want to jeopadise my precious little offer.

All you can do is ask. Email the head of department and they should be able to help you.
