No letter of entitlement please help!
I haven't got a letter of entitlement - I think they sent it to the wrong address but when I got on my payment schedule it says all my payments are approved. Does this mean I don't need my letter scanned anymore? It does say my first payment should be today though and I haven't received anything. Or does it go in a couple of days after? :s If I need a letter of entitlement, how can I get another one sent to me?
Thanks ! I need to pay rent!!

Best thing to do is call them tomorrow and explain your situation.

    Hello Charliexo,

You can view a copy of your entitlement letter on your account in 'view correspondance'. As soon as SFE has your signed online decleration form, your university has confirmed your bank details and your NINO has been verified with the DWp your payments should be made.
