    How do I see who give me personal rep?
    I've never had it before so I am kinda confused?

    You need to be a subscriber to see who gave you rep. The only difference between post rep and personal rep is that personal rep allows you to leave a personal comment.

    If personal rep is given and if they write their username in the message (as I do) you'll see it, but other than that you need to be a sub.
