Hey, wondering if someone can give me a hand working out my grade!

On the print-out things that you get, under the column 'equiv' I assume those are the UMS marks?

At the end of year 13, I got 382 overall which was a C.
I am on a gap year. I re-took Unit 4 in January and I got 80 (c). Last time I got 31 (u).
I can't find all of my marks so I'm assuming I can just add an extra 49 points onto the 382 I got last time (as I improved by 49) making my overall score 431.

Can someone tell me
a) is this correct? Or do I need to do something else to work out my overall score?
b) what grade is 431 equivalent to? Have I managed to improve my grade to a B or is it still a C?

Adding 49 marks was correct and for a B, you would need 420 UMS so since you got 431, that would be a B.

Hi.. could someone help me work out what i will need to get at least a C this year?
first unit i got a B, second i got a U (which i am going to resit) and just today i got a E..
So what will i need to do to get a C at least?

I feel exactly the same! Got 120 so if the coursework goes well, I'll only need 4 marks in June to get an A overall :biggrin:
