180 2x4 2nd set felt better than first for some reason, and both last reps were borderline fail

Benched last wednesday 115 for 3's which i didn't bother recording.
As for squats think i am going to work up to about 200kg hopefully for 3 and then start on the 5 3 1 again.
yeah they're getting there, a few more sessions maybe as i'm still about 15-20kg down...

Really wrecked from squats on monday, might have got 5's otherwise.
Strong stuff. Out of curiosity are the DB presses strict ,seated ?
they were from a 30 degree incline, so perhaps not as strong as you think!
its not really an exercise i've bothered to consistently train, its just something to hopefully help get my bench back up to where it was.
didnt feel like i tried hard enough on the last set so did 180 for a triple straight after.

also weighed about 77/78kg so definitely need to start eating more to get my weight back up to low 80s.
