I think you are probably more interested in which Hadiths are regarded as authentic by which Muslims. So in addition to what Perserveranze said these are the six major Hadith collections, in order of authenticity, which Sunni Muslims (around 90% of all Muslims) use:

    1) Sahih Bukhari, collected by Imam Bukhari,
    2) Sahih Muslim, collected by Muslim b. al-Hajjaj,
    3) Sunan al-Sughra, collected by al-Nasa'i
    4) Sunan Abu Dawood, collected by Abu Dawood
    5) Jami al-Tirmidhi, collected by al-Tirmidhi
    6) Sunan ibn Majah, collected by Ibn Majah

These are the major hadith collections that Shia Muslims use:

    1) Kitab al-Kafi
    2) Man la yahduruhu al-Faqih
    3) Tahdhib al-Ahkam
    4) Al-Istibsar
    What about Musnad Ahmad?

Also, explain how burning people for worshipping another god isn't jealousy?
    I stand corrected by B-man
Well not really, I was answering from a different perspective but his answer is better, so might as well leave it at that.

Why Islam? Thats my question to me it seems neither the most logical nor the most peaceful of religions so why Islam?
You're going to have to expand your question.
Why do you find it illogical and why do you not find it peaceful?

Hopefully someone (if not me) will answer when available.

Play nice people. Anyone can post in here as long as they don't try to debate points in here.

Yeah but when someone comes looking for help in an ask muslims thread and a non-muslim answers, it defeats the purpose right? lol.

Btw do you have that girls username?
I was going to PM her about her question but it seems the posts have disappeared...

euthanasia is haram in Islam, but organ donation is allowed. so what if you want to give one of your organs to someone else to save them but you'll die as a result as you need that organ? e.g. giving someone your heart? will that be haram? I think it is.

"It is haraam to take an organ on which life depends, such as taking a heart from a living person to transplant into another person."

    and

"If the donation is of an organ on which life depends, such as the heart or liver, it is not permissible to donate it, according to the consensus of the scholars, because that is killing a soul."

According to Islam, is everything we do predetermined by the will of Allah?

Everything we do and will do is known by Allah Who is nearer to us more than the jugular vein.
Don't worry, your will is free. Don't you feel that?

Is there like a kind of limbo or something in Islam, assuming my understanding is correct that limbo is a place where people go who do not get into heaven nor hell, which is taught in Christianity?

The only similar concept I can think of that Islam teaches, is the Barzakh, but isn't that just an intermediary place for the grave dwellers to dwell in until the day of judgement?

I think you can only either go to Hell or Heaven. I think Barzakh is the phase between death and Day of Judgement so pretty much what you said.

I have a question I have been asking but, I haven't recivied an answer.

All those people who are terrorists and that kill innocent people because they aren't muslims. And say that Allah told them to create violence and start problems across the world.

are they still Muslims or not?
Am I still supposed to call them my brothers/sisters.

And all the threads about Islam and how people are against it really shocks me. I am also wondering why they are putting us all under the same folder as the terrorists??

Does Islam encourage martyrdom? I ask because the arabic word "shaheed" can be translated into "witness" or "martyr"

A lot of times when terrorists kill themselves, one muslim views them as a witness to Allah, while another views them as a martyr for Allah. Clearly the terms "witness" and "martyr" do not mean the same thing. So I am trying to understand how martyrdom is viewed by Islam.

To those who reject Our signs and treat them with arrogance, no opening will there be of the gates of heaven, nor will they enter the Garden, until the camel can pass through the eye of the needle: such is Our reward for those in sin. (40)
What does "Until the camel can pass through the eye of the needle" mean?
