Meaning you think that they're gonna destroy everybody? Just like they did in the World Cup and Copa America, right?

Why would you take 3 goalkeepers :lolwut:
    You're right

    2 goalkeepers
    3 full backs
    3 centre backs
    3 central midfielders
    3 wingers
    4 strikers

You could a better starting XI out of the players who are unavailable.

    GK
    Walker Jones Smalling Kelly
    Walcott Henderson Wilshere Bale
    Welbeck Carroll

Roy Hodgson's fault for picking so many young players for Euro 2012.

Needs another decent winger and there's no real centre forward there aside from Sordell who's barely played for Bolton since joining them.

This problem could have been solved if Pearce had included Scottish players. James Forrest, Matt Phillips, Jordan Rhodes and Grant Hanley (yes, I know he's a defender) would all be decent inclusions.

I suppose the most obvious exclusion is Josh McEachran and I'm also disappointed to see Nathaniel Clyne and Wilfried Zaha miss out. Surprised to see Tomkins in there, has he looked good for West Ham this season? Don't know.

It is a decent squad though and we should get through our group pretty easily, only Uruguay in our group pose any real threat. Defence looks pretty solid, I'm just annoyed that plenty of decent attacking players were left out. The whole squad seems too biased towards fringe players from top 6 clubs rather than players from smaller clubs who play more regularly. Danny Rose being an obvious example of this (I reckon Phillips, Forrest and Zaha are all better)

And from the over-age players I think Lennon or Adam Johnson would have been better shouts than Bellamy.

We have CL qualifiers coming up. They wanted Forrest, Matthews and Brown. Three dead set starters :top:

Swansea are the most represented team in the Olympic squad

Will be great experience for them. Good to see them all picked (plus Caulker), all fantastic players.
