Awesome, same for me except without the STEP. Results day soon! :eek3:

Aha:tongue: I gussed. I'm really not looking forward to it. I messed up my physics and chemistry and general studies was a compete disaster. I probably make stupid mistakes in both maths.

My friend showed me a STEP paper the other day though... good luck!
I'm sure you did fine! And there's always resits in the summer  On the day at my college we have like a review day with our tutor, who is also my maths teacher, where we get our results so she will already know how much I have failed before I get the result :nothing:

Ohhhh good luck

You better wow them with your German... or else :colonhash:

:teehee:

Ebenfalls
It is only 300 words. :colonhash:
But I have used complex grammar to make up for it. One of my sentences has eleven clauses. :colone:

We had mentoring in november. NOVEMBER???? WTF.
Did the STEP paper look difficult?
That's harsh, it sounds similar to what we did when we got out GCSE results. Honestly you don't listen, you just want to leave:tongue:

Not gonna lie, yes, but I'm not doing further maths so :dontknow:
Not listening and wanting to leave applies to all tutor sessions

No. Just for life really. They think we need it apparently.
STEP I and II fon't require further maths:tongue:
On that note, I'm getting my M4 textbook soon :colone:
That's true. Mine consist of: "well you look like you're doing okay". "Yep..."

No-one goes on here, it never takes over two months to get to 10000 posts usually.

Go for it! Put them in if you can but don't make it sound contrived  My German teacher says idioms are good

Awesome  How far ahead are you from your class? XD
Same! "Well, your grades are good... same time next week?" :nothing:

Look at grades, tutor asks if everything okay socially. It's dull really.
Neither do I. You should see how good some of the people on here are!
We're doing M1 in class. So 3 units
I've got a UCAS convention trip on tues. and an oxbridge one soon after that:biggrin: It's all so close!

Yes I have, 'tis an easier version of STEP. Try some past papers and make sure you understand all the a-level stuff. Show working clearly stating assumptions and theorems used.

Not looking forward to my physics results!

I think most people just got busy and had to do more work etc and then the thread got boring so more people left :frown:

Definitely, I have so much work to catch up on.

In other news I got an A in my first macro past paper, a good 2 1/2 months before the exam. Very pleased with that.

God I miss those days Heptapus.

That is great Arva! Well done!

Same. Kinda glad it happened though because I used to spend so much time procrastinating on here. Now I get through so much work each night.

I see you plan on doing STEP. How much practice have you had so far?
Are you in year 12 or 13?

I haven't worked all week and now I know I won't get the work finished anytime soon :frown:
