i think the topics that will come up are:
Business organisations (advantages and disadvantages of converting from sole trader to partnership/ LTD company)
Statement of changes in equity (bonus issue)
income statement with adjustments and capital and revenue expenditure identifying which adjustment is capital/ revenue
ratio analysis

A difficult paper to predict as there is a lot of content in this unit.

1. Final accounts with adjustments (including income in arrears / advance and bad debts recovered, depreciation method here is reducing balance (unit 1 is straight line method)
2. statement of changes in equity (company) question which replaces questions on appropriations account. Also linked to this is "explain the difference between a rights issue and a bonus issue of shares, and record the effect of such transactions on the financial statement."
3. Accounting concepts

6. Budgeting

well i doubt very much ict, accounting concepts, budgets will come up as in may ict and budgets questions had alot of marks. accounting concepts were asked in jan and may last year so i think students understand them now.

i still think it will be

ratios and written
SOCIE and written
sole traders/ partnerships/ ltd companies written question
income statement with ALOT of adjustments.
