Big goal is not to get injured/**** myself up. That's the most important one.
After that, I want to get on the platform in march-april time to do a PL comp with some friends.
So basically where I was this summer when everything was going well. Just need to stick to the programme and it'll be fine. Build up my base of strength then **** about with singles later.
Other goals are to press 60kg strict for paused reps, to get my Pendlay Row somewhere in the neighbourhood of my bench and to chin BW+30kgx3. I think that hitting these two will be good for hitting my powerlifting goals.

basically when i was benching one of my elbows would be flared while the other would be tucked, to correct it i have to physically/mentally think about tucking one elbow while flaring the other so that they even up a bit more.
