    Primary goal - lose weight and look and feel good.
    Supplementary goal - get back into running and sport in general
    Beneficial by-product - healthiness.

    Weight on 10th Jan - 95.7kg (211lbs)
    Weight on 20th Feb - 89.4kg (197lbs)

    Want to be 73-76kg (BMI wise this is bordering on overweight for my height but I want to have a decent, lean build)

    Goals for this year: (all 1RM)

    Bench 60kg, would love 65kg but it increases so slowly! (55 at the mo)
    Squat 90kg, (around 65 at the mo)
    Deadlift 120kg (about 80 at the mo, I did 100 end of last year but when down to concentrate on a form issue)
    Shoulder press 40kg (35 at the mo)

    Current Measurements: 36-31-37
    I gained in the last week or so :cry2: before that I was 35-30.5-36.5

    All I want is a freaking 28" waist! IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK?! :cry2: I've been on a plateau since August! Argh! It pisses me off. I've recently started C25K (but my version is a little like HIIT coz I can't control my speed lol) so hopefully that helps me.

    Goals for reps. These aint my 1 RM

    Front squat: 150/160
    Back squat: 170/180
    Deadlift: 250
    Bench: Not bothered but 120 wouldn't hurt


    Current:

    FS: 120
    BS: 130
    Deadlift: 200
    Bench: 95

    somethings not right if you back squat 130 yet deadlift 200!

    Not really, some people just have much better levers for deadlifting compared to squatting.

    Squat : 105 (3x5)
    Deadlift : 125 (1x5)
    Bench Press : 62.5 (3x5)
    Military press : 42.5 (3x5)
    Power Cleans : 52.5 (5x3)

    Current

    Squat : 105 (3x5) (havent done them since)
    Deadlift : 137.5 (1x5)
    Bench Press : 65 (3x5)
    Military press : 45 (3x5)
    Power Cleans : 62.5 (5x3)

    Aim by end of 2012 (dunno how realistic)

    Squat : 130 (3x5)
    Deadlift : 160 (1x5)
    Bench Press : 75 (3x5)
    Military press : 55 (3x5)
    Power Cleans : 70 (5x3)

    I never really cared for back squats as I prefer front squats but they're mutually beneficial to deadlifts so I'm doing them on a more consistent basis now.

    My leg day usually comprises of FS>deads>BS>farmers walk

    I dont workout for chicks, i workout to create an aura, when i walk into a room,
    introduce myself to someone, go for a job interview, i love looking dominant, in
    charge, and in control. I love walking past and having people point and talk about
    me, i love the fact that when i go somewhere with thousands of people, almost all
    of them will remember who i am when it is over, and i didnt even have to say
    a word.

    Started working out properly 3 months ago, for hypertrophy.

    Was only able to flat barbell bench 3x 6-12 reps of 40kg when I first started.

    Now I'm doing 3x 6-12 reps of 75kg. Wouldn't say I'm plateauing, but the gains aren't as great as when I first started working out (where I would be lifting heavier after almost every session).

    I've now shifted to dumbbell flat/incline/decline presses as opposed to barbell. Currently doing 3x 6-12 reps of 30kg dumbbell flat benches.

    Goal: by September, 3x 6-12 reps 90kg flat barbell bench. 3x 6-12 reps 45 kg dumbbell flat benches.

    Currently weigh 78.6 kg, goal is 85kgs, but that wont happen this year. If I'm lucky I'll get to slightly below 80 or so

    How do you clean so much? My front squat is 102.5 for 3 sets of 5 reps yet my power cleans are 62.5kg for 5 sets of 3 reps
