    Attracts 'rahs'
Y/N? seeing the people who applied from my school and have it as their first choice, I would say yeah. Jack Wills bashers, gilets, leggings-as-pants, 'messy' buns, uggs in summer.............

All kinds of people go to Nottingham. Most are very nice as elsewhere. Don't get hung up on their backgrounds, just enjoy the place.

Rahs are often some of the finest girls, plus they're rich. And you say this is a bad point why?

Because they're so god damn annoying and their snobby, stuck up voices drive you mad, especially when you're on the train for an hour and they talk non-stop on the phone in the loudest voice possible.

They also tend to be extremely shallow, and I always have the urge to stick some tape over their mouths whenever I meet them.

Aren't rahs to the upper classes what chavs are to the working classes?

All the above is true but fundamentally "Rah" girls aren't afraid to splash the cash and have a good time! My uni wouldn't be the same without them!

Tbf, I'm not entirely sure how a 'rah' is defined, but I can assure you that there are plenty of nice people at Nottingham and that if you do encounter people you don't really like, you don't have to spend time with them

There is a lot of Jack Wills. I went to Nottingham having never even heard of the shop though, so I'm living proof that not everyone is a rah. I would say that there is a mix, but you probably notice the rahs more because (massive generalisation here) they tend to be louder. But that does mean you can avoid them easily if you care that much..

There are loads of rahs in durham. They tend to be really loud. What is annoying about them is their accent. Some girls sounds so ****ing stuck up. But, they are pretty damn thick. Tbh, a rah doesnt know if u are a rah or not. Just be yourself, and be friendly. Avoid them.
