Cover or remedy the problem?
Nothing serious.
Reflecting on your appearance, you look more tired and duller than your radiant self. You've overindugled in things that are killers for your appearance - bad diet, bad sleeping patterns, stresses of every day life, sitting in front of a computer.
So, you've spoken to many people, and there's a split between coverage and natural remedies.
People advise skin care products, use concealers/foundations to camouflage those imperfections, hair products to give off a healthier look.
People advise changing your lifestyle and diet, having a healthy regime, things that'll boost your mood and reflect on your appearance.
So, which is more effective, to reinforce that "glow" you used to have? Should we incorporate both?
An example is curing bad skin/hair. People have said drinking plenty of water, eating things packed in omega 3 fatty acids like oily fish, or vitamins are good but then others only mention products that might be high in antioxidants that supposedly help promote a healthy glow. Do any work? Has anyone actually practiced this and seen any differences in their appearance? -

A slightly cooler shower and not pulling your hair too much combined with a cooler treatment straightener and hairdryer wise made my hair healthier and thicker. If im really run down I use a bit of pro plus for a day or so just for a boost. And a caffene eye roll on shouldn't go a miss

Lifestyle and diet are going to be better - not just for your appearance, but so that you FEEL better in yourself. Thats going to make the biggest idfference! Although I will say that actually good concealer and makeup products etc do actually help. I'm not in favour of the entirely natural or entirely cosmetic approach - you need a good balance
