Flatmate Needed - £70 p/w Bills inc.Myself and 4 other students are moving into a house shortly before the start of term (2012) This is a six bedroomed house around 5-10 mins away from uni, 5 mins away from the train station and 5 - 10 mins away from the town centre.
We will all be going into our 3rd year and are looking for a final room mate to fill this position.
The house has two bathrooms, a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen and utility room and a large back garden. The house is decorated very nicely and has a cosy feeling to it.
We wondered if this would be suitable for anybody.

Just wanted to verify a few things... about your post as I am looking for a place to live in sept.
By 2012, do you mean september 2012?
If so, what are the dynamics of the group looking for a house mate, age and gender.
And any information about the house that you have, even address if you have it.

I will be a 3rd year History student, I am currently on a years abroad in the states.
