When would we receive our offers from the universities ...

if we submit our application through UCAS on the 14th of Jan? I'm an international student so I would like to know where I'm going to earlier in order to prepare the relevant stuff.

The universities will aim to give you a decision by the 31st of March. I really don't recommend waiting until the deadline to send off the application though, try to do it at least a few days before hand to allow for the unexpected.
Some time between January 14th and May 10th. There's no way to know. If they haven't replied by May 10th UCAS sets them as unsuccessful on behalf of the unis.
The average decision time for universities per UCAS statistics is around 50 days, but that's only the average, some people get offers the day after their application, some get them in the evening of the last day.
