Aside from Cristiano Ronaldo and his hystrionics? OK, here goes...

DIVING. Far too much, particularly in the Real Madrid team!! Among others who I would mention but would get negged as 50% of the footballing world supports United (while 50% of the footballing world hates them!!) Ronaldo and Pepe are by far the worst, but almost every player dives at some point!!

Refs: Need 'em, but God are they inconsistent. They all seem to have preferences, and seem to show bias to the same teams week in, week out (AKA Utd and Barca!!)

Managers defending dangerous tackles. Mr Pulis, you know who you are, and you saw what happened to Ramsey!!

Glory suupporters. I know a United fan, and, after they lost the FA Cup Final to Chelsea a couple of years ago, I asked "what happened?" He replied "I supported Chelsea!!" Next day, guess what, we were back to United again. Twit.

The stupid, ludicrous amount of money in football - £100k a week just for kicking a ball around, £80million for a transfer.... No player should be worth 1 million really!!

    ALSO

Over-the-top goal celebrations (players dancing in particular, it's just dumb, and ludicrously over the top; it's just a goal!!)
United winning the title. Again. Because I reckon they will this season and it's getting boring!!
The England Team (no, they haven't got a chance in hell of winning Euro 2012!!)
Rooney's overhead kick being replayed. Again. Good goal, yes, but so overrated!!
Lies. Players who say "Of course I won't leave.... Of course I'm staying...." before promptly... moving!!
Why is £1m ok but not anything higher

If you look, I said "no player should be worth £1m...."

This hints that even £1m is too high!!

I mean, footballers are only getting paid to kick a ball around.... Even I could do that!! Not with the same skills, but I could still do it!!

Football started as a workig man's game, for workers to play as leisure. It became a profession in time, which was OK (I agree with the maximum wage scheme that used to be in place!!) and footballers were slightly priveleged, they had talent, they got rewarded with a slightly higher wage. Lucky them.

Football nowadays has become too commercialised IMHO, OK it is entertainment, but then I hate the entertainment business (all you have to do is warble your way through a crap song, like Adele or GaGa do, or be slightly better at kicking a ball, and you get megabucks for doing basically **** all. )

Sounds like you would be better off supporting your local non league team than barcelona.

Really? Thanks for the hint!! I shall just nip out and buy a Highworth Town or Salisbury City shirt - which do you recommend?

Considering I have mentioned a few times how Barcelona are favoured by the refs which is annoying, do I sound like a glory-supporter who would support a team outside his own country?!?!

And you must be a Special K eater - you dare to wear red!! Now, take that filth off and wear a decent shirt - one with a Gunners badge on!!

Oh, and I don't support football as such, I follow Arsenal, partly because they do play good football (without spending anything like the ludicrous amounts City, United, Spurs, Liverpool do) and partly to annoy the family (who are all Spurs fans!!)

The chant We score when we want or he scores when he wants. Surely you would want to score all the time just suggests the team or player has a bad attitude to me as they will only score if they want to. Also the chant you've never won f all double negative makes it sound like they are saying a team always wins something.

This is true, but in all honesty the colossal majority of football chants are rather inane. Most are wholly unoriginal and a disproportionately large number are abusive.

There is also something infuriatingly ironic about seeing hundreds or thousands of overweight forty- and fifty-somethings shouting that a referee or opposing player is fat.

Nobody cares for the irony as it is fun.

~The sniper that keeps hiding on the roof of every premiership stadium in the country, waiting to shoot players down. We assume they're diving, but that's all part of his plan.
    ~Steve Kean
~The way derby's turn grown adults into total headcases. Just because you're playing a team from 10 miles down the road does not mean you have to hate them to the point where you'd happily smash someones face in.
    ~Steve Kean
    ~MOTD Pundits

~Gabby Logan on Final Score. What in the name of hell does she have to do with football?
    ~Steve Kean
~Female commentators. I'm a girl who loves football, but I'm sorry, women's voices just don't sound right or even decent when commentating on football.
    ~Steve Kean
~The Portsmouth bell ringer and 3/4 of the people who take it upon themselves to play a drum. If you can't hold a tune, don't goddamn do it!
    ~Steve Kean
~Unoriginal chanting. I never used to care about this til I started watching Accrington Stanley, but some of the stuff they come out with is hilarious. Once you go Stanley, you never go back.
    ~Steve Kean

That's all I can think of off the top of my head

    Disgusting horrific Tackles
    Howard Webb
Poor referees in general, seems to get worse every year.
    The amount of money
    Price of football shirts
When the ball is kicked out of play for a supposedly injured player
    Luis Saurez diving about
    Divers
    Poor penalty decisions
    Losing (no one likes losing)
    Ignorant fans
**** Boardmember and owners of clubs
    Poor money management of clubs
Barcalona taking our players (arsenal fan)
Man City taking our players (arsenal fan)
Man United taking our player (arsenal Fan)
    Players with poor loyalty.
Kissing the badge and leaving a few months later
there are so many things but it's what makes the game so interesting.

The chant that sounds like 'we're man united, we do what we want'. I don't know where it originates from but you get what I mean. Arsenal fans in particular seem to love it. Sometimes they can be clever though that's usually ruined when it gets sung everywhere and loses relevance/humor. Also, the 'we're the greatest team' song.. you'd think people would be able to come up with something else to celebrate their teams supposed greatness. It's mostly the main thing people sing about and yet this unoriginal song reverberates at almost every ground bar a few.

The thing is he bought decent players. If Downing/Adam/Henderson/Carroll had all hit the ground running and done as well as they did last season for their previous clubs, we'd be in the top 4/5.
u wot m8? None of those could even get into the Newcastle side and each of them have been liabilities for Liverpool.

The other guy is right. Liverpool fans are probably the worst in the Prem for stuff like this. It's not 1989, pal. Liverpool aren't big anymore. Nobody cares what you did when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.

Too many fans of crap sides think they always have some divine right to be contenders. I include Newcastle in this too before they got relegated.
