bran flakes with banana and a couple of raspberries
boiled egg, 1 slice of ham
a few baby carrots, baby tomatoes, cucumber
gammon with a fried egg, mash and beans
delmonte smoothie ice lolly
apple with honey
may succumb to a curly wurly in a bit if i can be bothered to get up
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal for breakfast
Lunch: noodles with baby corn on the cob and peppers and a glass of orange juice.
Snack: some oreos with a glass of milk.An apple.
Tea: chicken enchildas with rice and melted cheese.
Snack: small bowl of mint ice cream.
Porridge, and I realised I had nothing sweet to add to it. So I added coco pops. And some went soggy and some stayed crispy. It was magic.
Then I had spicy chicken stir fry
And I've nibbled on cheese and had a cereal bar
Dunno what to do for dinner....yet
Weetabix, chopped oranges
Cheese and beetroot sandwich, apple
Blackcurrant juice, slice of fruit/banana cake each
First Doner kebab in a while! With onion rings for added nomz. Goes well with garlic and chilli sauce
