Mmmm sounds like my kind of diet!
Glad you like it! Although the soup was from a can...

    Today:
Breakfast: half a grapefruit, lots of strawberries and blueberries and a glass of soy milk
Lunch: other half of grapefruit, steamed green beans with chilli powder and some onion fried in veg stock, red grapes
Planned dinner: stir fried tofu with green vegetables and soy sauce
Snacks: small handful of almonds, some podding peas

Will probably have more than this, looks a lot but isn't many calories

Well I'm fasting at the moment but for my breakfast (around 2:30am) I had :

    Glass of pure orange juice
Some egg with spring onions, a bit like an omelette but not so huge which I then put in a bread roll nom nom nom
    Mini-croissant
    Cup of tea
    About 1 litre of water

Re: What have you eaten today?
    Melon and grapes for breakfast
Lunch was a Tesco Light Choices ready meal... The minced beef and potato one
For tea, I'm just after having a slice of gammon with cheese sauce and pineapple, wasn't overly hungry after my big lunch
For snacks today I've had an apple and a couple of white chocolate buttons, so good! I'll probably have some cereal or a biscuit later on with a cup of tea. I've drank plenty of water today as well.

Are you purposely trying to eat healthily or do you always eat like this? I've been on a vegan diet for the past week so just interested in some ideas

    I've had:

    - Two slices of wholemeal bread with strawberry jam
    - A banana
    - Vegetarian sushi from Pret
    - 2 apples
    - Another two slices of toast and jam (couldn't be bothered to go and get dinner!)
    - Box of strawberries

    xx

It's on purpose but I like eating like this, I feel so much healthier and don't get bloated anymore. I normally eat more grains and pulses, and occasionally pasta and rice but I'm cutting these out because I'm trying to lose weight.

That sounds pretty healthy probably not many calories though.

How come you decided to go vegan? I started a few months ago for ethical reasons but was veggie for a few years before that

Being vegan for ethical reasons is ridiculous sorry.

You think a vegan diet is healthy? That list posted above is full of sugar and simple carbs.

Everyone is entitled to their beliefs and everything but not eating meat, something you need to stay healthy, for ethical reasons is stupid.

Two boiled eggs for breakfast and lunch, then pad thai for dinner (two nights in a row...and possibly a third night coming tomorrow) and then a glass of red wine, a guinness, and a star beer...not so good health wise AT ALL but so yummy!
