Porridge + pear

Tomato and cheese croissant
Half a tuna/mozarella toastie

A chocolate cookie and bar of chocolate =(

Cream chicken and rice + a banana and another pear.


Probably one of the unhealthiest days I've had in a while, could be worse I guess.
Egg mayonnaise sandwich on wholemeal bread
Bag of Walkers crisps
Galaxy chocolate bar
Salad with grilled chicken

Not the best day but definitely not the worst! :tongue:
Strawberry and walnut cereal
Two apples
Three oranges
Chilli Dorritos
Ramen (with mushrooms)
Roast pork sandwich
Aero mousse

Off to go and eat some fruit cake. :h:

Bowl of cereal! I woke up mid afternoon so couldn't stomach much tbh.
going to go make dinner now, probably have a massive portion of lasagne and garlic bread! nom nom! :biggrin:
Today I've had, Weetabix, Cod portion and veg, some Dairy Milk Choco drops and some iced gems. Been quite snacky the last hour or so!
3 bowls of porridge with cinnamon, 6 cups of coffee with whole fat milk and 2 cups of tea with milk.

I'm so hungry today as well. Eat 4 less reggae reggae chicken, a small curry from tescos, and yogurt. I'd eat anything that was infront of me right now.

A pack of Go Ahead forest fruit bars and a tuna nicoise salad.

Bar of dark chocolate

Banana + cream chicken and rice again :\
Breakfast- Sausageroll

Lunch- Pub lunch of Bangers and mash in the Hole.

Dinner- Pie and Mash.

Love my mash.
Nature Valley granola bars

Macdonalds chicken nugget meal with Sprite Zero

Packet of Frisps.

Lunch - McCoys flame grilled steak
Tea -Toast(Ham+ Cheese) + Hot drink

3 Garlic Bread slices,1 Pizza slice and 1 fudge Yoghurt.
Yesterday I ate 3 Garlic Bread slices,1 Pizza slice,portion of chips,12" cheese and tomato pizza and 10" cheese and tomato pizza

Two satsumas
A pot of instant Korean noodles from my local Oriental shop- so good! :coma:

A lemon and white chocolate chip muffin.
Some of my boyfriend's fries.
A walnut whip (minus the walnut).
Lemon tiramisu.
Just making broccoli and cheese cup a soup.

Hurt my throat really bad today and eating is painful :frown:
