You people eat such garbage. What did I have today -

Cup of coffee, egg white Spanish omelette, small bowl of porridge for breaky.

2 homemade meal replacement shakes

Chicken salad and a glass of red wine

2 pieces of toast with butter
An apple
6" chicken tikka Subway on hearty italian with lettuce and peppers and honey mustard dressing
A creme egg

Later, maybe some quiche and salad
10 smilies,slice of toast and a portion of beans.Planning to eat 2 chicken burgers and some milk chocolate biscuits and chocolate chip cookies.

I feel so unhealthy =|

I had like a 3 or 4 egg omellete at 2pm-ish

A piece of cod - about 5 inches long :colonhash: with like half a cucumber along with a piece of pitta bread and hummus.


Then I went and spoilt it all by ordering dominos + 4 cookies :getmecoat:
So far a bowl of crunchy nut and 2 slices of cheese.

Maybe have some noodles in a bit or something, or else just wait till tea

Lunch- Bowl of cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk; raspberry, apple and orange drink. :smile:

Lunch- Brie sandwich
Two satsumas

Some of the Victoria sponge I made yesterday

Snack- Banana and two dark chocolate digestives

Dinner- Will be having spag bol.

Today... (not in order)

- an apple
- a croissant
- some chicken korma
- a naan bread
- some tapernade
- two slices of cake
- two cups of coffee
& lots of water!

Breakfast: Weetabix, banana.
Lunch: Tuna sandwich, apple.
Dinner: will have chicken curry, already eaten 2 apples.
Just had my breakfast now - porridge. Going to have some noodles in a bit :biggrin:
Breakfast: fat free yoghurt with some roasted hazelnuts & honey

Lunch: a sausage, no bread

snack: apple & almonds

dinner: eitehr stir fry (w/out the pasta) or corn on the cob :smile:


to drink: 1 diet coke (with the sausage), & so far 2 litres of water... tryna lose 10kg :smile: (22lbs)
3 garlic bread slices,1 pizza slice,1 200g Lindt Bunny and 2 ham sandwiches.
My day wouldn't be complete without Daleks posts.

I also wonder if he lives in pizza express/pizza hut
