Porridge, spicy chicken breast on a multiseed bagel with salad, roast chicken dinner on a tuesday, a whole easter egg (oops), a bagel and a creme egg.
Two rounds of burnt cheese on toast.
Blackberry yoghurt.
Fudge cake bar.
Creme egg.
Cereal, a carrot cupcake (was yummy! :tongue:), noodles, and that's it I think.
Ohh, and I opened an Easter egg that someone gave me yesterday, lol.

Today I have eaten 2 ham sandwiches,some chocolate mini eggs(not cadbury),some haribo jelly babies and bunny mix,10 smiley's ,1 portion of beans and 1 slice of toast.Didn't have a takeaway today-so unhappy:mad:

I got my BMI tested today,17.6 not bad.

I'm surprised. For some reason I expected your BMI to be like, 8377559.

More likely he has very little muscle and rather frail bones from what sounds like years of avoiding all forms of unprocessed food.

Good shout.
Breakfast: Bowl of honey cheerios and a cup of green tea.
Snack: Gala apple
Lunch: Spicy salami, cheese and mayo sandwhich, ready salted crisps, gala apple, low fat strawberry yogurt and a diet coke.

And for dinner I'm having breakfast for dinner, so I'll be having two eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled... I haven't decided yet), two pieces of toast and some baked beans and another cup of green tea.

Mmm good food day.
