Breakfast: Bowl of honey cheerios and a cup of green tea.
Snack: Gala apple
Lunch: Spicy salami, cheese and mayo sandwhich, ready salted crisps, gala apple, low fat strawberry yogurt and a diet coke.
And for dinner I'm having breakfast for dinner, so I'll be having two eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled... I haven't decided yet), two pieces of toast and some baked beans and another cup of green tea.
