Breakfast: Nesquik and skimmed milk
Lunch: Chicken stir fry (lots of veg and rice noodles), cheeky slice of cheese, banana, apple
Snack: Little bit of yoghurt
Dinner: Chicken, onion, peppers and peas with pasta and pesto
Have a mahoosive chocolate craving right now, so I might just treat myself to something later if I can work up the energy to walk to the shops!
