Two slices of wholemeal toast for breakfast
An egg roll for lunch
Half a tin of sausage and beans with a few chips for tea

Definitely away to buy crisps cos I didn't bother last night

Chicken burger, supernoodles, crisps. I'm so healthy :colondollar:
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.
Snack: Sainsbury's fruit salad, banana and Malteaster bunny.
Lunch: 6inch Subway and a Mars Bar.
Dinner: Soda bread with ham and cheese.

Bit of a mixed day, I think. Probably shouldn't have had the mars bar though. :colondollar:
Breakfast: Crunchy Nut Clusters with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: A slice of pizza
Dinner: Turkey fillets covered in cheese and bacon, with homemade potato wedges and peas
Snacks: Handfull of grapes and 3 digestive biscuits

Oh and I've just finished my mug of hot chocolate :tongue:

Almost an entire bag of chilli sensations, a homemade banana and oats muffin and a bowl of oat so simple golden syrup flavour porridge.
Breakfast: Porridge and two crumpets :O
Dinner: Chicken with vegetables
Snack: Dried cranberries and an alpen bar

I didn't have any breakfast because I had an awesome curry last night XD

Lunch was carrot and coriander soup with two apricots and a banana.

Dinner will be a quorn cottage pie or a jacket potato with salad.

Honey and Nut Belvyta biscuits and an apple
Handful of grapes and four Ryvita crackerbreads with extra light Philadelphia and ham
Weight Watcher's Chocolate biscuity thing (surprisingly good!)
Half a protein bar
And just about to have two breasts of chicken :smile:

I love this thread - I can see how little I've had to eat and decide that I still have room for some crisps/chocolate in the calorie count :smile:

Snack: Jordan's cereal bar and OJ
Lunch: Scone with jam, cream and a cup of tea
Dinner: Macaroni cheese with tomato and cabbage

no breakfast cos i'm naughtyy!
lunch - cheese & onion sandwich, mini chedders, twix
snack when i got in from work about 3pm - chilli heatwave doritoes
dinner - mcdonalds, large spicy veggie deli meal with diet coke :coma:
naughty food day, but i did have the worst day at work and come home to a pile of revision so i needed comfort food! :p:
