Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk. Snack: Sainsbury's fruit salad, banana and Malteaster bunny. Lunch: 6inch Subway and a Mars Bar. Dinner: Soda bread with ham and cheese.
Bit of a mixed day, I think. Probably shouldn't have had the mars bar though.

Honey and Nut Belvyta biscuits and an apple Handful of grapes and four Ryvita crackerbreads with extra light Philadelphia and ham Weight Watcher's Chocolate biscuity thing (surprisingly good!) Half a protein bar And just about to have two breasts of chicken

no breakfast cos i'm naughtyy! lunch - cheese & onion sandwich, mini chedders, twix snack when i got in from work about 3pm - chilli heatwave doritoes dinner - mcdonalds, large spicy veggie deli meal with diet coke naughty food day, but i did have the worst day at work and come home to a pile of revision so i needed comfort food!
A double egg and cheese bagel and hash brown from McDonald's. Half a slice of marble cake. Some potato wedges. Some chocolate brownie. A tin of spring vegetable soup.
