Lunch/After work: A belgian bun.
Snack: 3 chocolate digestives.
Snack: A slice of homemade victoria sponge cake.
Dinner: Half a nut cutlet and a potato (mashed).
Snack: 3 chocolate digestives and 2 squares of aero.

Plus a glass of fruit juice and several cups of tea :smile:

Yesterdays food:

Breakfast: 2 slices of marmite toast
Lunch: Ham, tomato and low fat mayo roll, banana, some strawberries and blueberries
Dinner: Tuna steak, new potato chips, carrots and green beans
Pudding: Few more strawberries and blueberries, little bit of yoghurt

Have a distinct lack of variety in my cupboards at the moment, so will probably having much the same today :sad:

Snack: A bag of cheese and onion crisps.
Lunch/Dinner: Some crinkle chips and a bake at home baguette with spread and brie.

pretty bad...

but oh well :smile:
Yesterday,I ate 3 garlic bread slices,1 pizza slice,1 strawberry yoghurt and some penguins.I am also very sorry for not ending up posting what I have eaten for the last few days up on this thread.
I always check out this thread when I feel bad about eating something or when I feel I have under or over ate :tongue:
Stick of celery and a piece of wholemeal toast with strawberry jam.

Breakfast: A bowl of rice krispies with semi skimmed milk and sugar.
Snack: About 6 or 7 chocolate digestives and a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk and sweetener.
Dinner: Some roast potato, some quorn chicken pieces, broccoli, peas and a couple of bits of carrot with low salt gravy.

ham+tomato pasta bake
lots of cake
mango ice cream
1 slice of bread with cream cheese and tilsit cheese, and a piece of saussage

Roast dinner - roast lamb, with potatoes, cabbage, carrots and runner beans
Pineapple with a scoop of toffee ice cream
Three courses for £13 at Pizza Express, was awesome:

Garlic bread with mozzarella to start
Diavolo pizza(Pepperoni, beef, Tabasco sauce, jalapeños, roquito peppers, green peppers)
Vanilla cheesecake with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream.

'Mediterranean' flavour couscous with tuna, avocado and tomatoes & a green salad

Mini doughnuts.
Duck stir fry (I went out for lunch, I'm not normally that extravagant).
Cheesecake.
Pack of Haribo Tangfastics.
Two pork pies.
Tortilla chips and salsa.
Peanut butter from the jar (Classy, I know).
Kiwi fruit.
Chocolate.
Tea.
