I've had:
Breakfast- Porridge with honey
Lunch- Ham salad sandwich and a carrot
Snack- A pear
Dinner- Fajitas and then some chocolate cake and custard.

To drink- Water, a glass of orange juice, a glass of pepsi max and a glass of lactose free whole milk. Plus some wine! Yummy!

Quite healthy though really shouldnt have ate that chocolate cake with custard!
Today,I have eaten 4 slices of toast,2 sausages,1 portion of beans,1 portion of chips,2 chicken legs and 400g of Quality Street.
Today (well yesterday)-

Beakfast- Couple of biscuits

lunch- nothing

Tea- Soup and bread

Yoghurt

Why did you not eat too much yesterday/today?-I personally consider it today until you go to sleep.Did you have work to do?or were you preoccupied on something?

Yesterday:

Porridge with blueberries :biggrin:
1 1/2 Apples :P and a tangerine
A waitrose rice and nut salad pot
hot chocolate
Fishcakes with spicy stir fry in tomato sauce
A few lines of chocolate and a walnut whip :biggrin:
In order yesterday I ate: Porridge, Snack a Jacks crunchy curls, stir fry, Alpen bar, chinese chicken noodle soup and a very drunken cheese sandwich aha. Leaving my kitchen in a state which I can only describe as the rubble you would find if a factory of bread exploded.
A bowl of cereal.
Toast, Fried egg, Quorn "chef's" sausages (Which are amazing, a major improvement on their normal sausages, actually have a "skin"), Innocent tropical juice.

Going to have Sunday roast later :smile:
So far today I've had 3 cumberland sausages in a sandwich, and scrambled eggs. Also a bounty bar.

Pizza for tea tonight
Breakfast: 1 toasted onion bagel

Lunch: Popcorn whilst watching a film

Snack: 1 Belvita biscuit, a packet of mini cheddars

Having spag bol and garlic bread for tea, nom.

I'm on a Paleo-inspired diet (the one where you eat like a caveman) so I've had:

Breakfast: Chicken, salad leaves (mostly rosa verde), macadamias, coconut oil, red pepper, stir-fried baby corn and mangetout

Lunch: My sister cooked me a Sunday roast with lamb, veg, spuds. Finished it off with a watermelon which I'm crazy addicted to right now and some very dark chocolate (90% cocoa)

Dinner: I have either mussels, mackerel or duck to choose from, not very hungry so think I might just go for a random throwing of veg on the plate and will probably crack open the tinned mackerel. Might finish it off with a natural probiotic yogurt, raw honey and blueberries (awesomes).
Bran flakes for breakfast. Going to have salad later if it remains warm.

I had Bread with vegetable cluster beans and Lassi (yogurt-based drink).
