In order yesterday I ate: Porridge, Snack a Jacks crunchy curls, stir fry, Alpen bar, chinese chicken noodle soup and a very drunken cheese sandwich aha. Leaving my kitchen in a state which I can only describe as the rubble you would find if a factory of bread exploded.
I'm on a Paleo-inspired diet (the one where you eat like a caveman) so I've had:
Breakfast: Chicken, salad leaves (mostly rosa verde), macadamias, coconut oil, red pepper, stir-fried baby corn and mangetout
Lunch: My sister cooked me a Sunday roast with lamb, veg, spuds. Finished it off with a watermelon which I'm crazy addicted to right now and some very dark chocolate (90% cocoa)
Dinner: I have either mussels, mackerel or duck to choose from, not very hungry so think I might just go for a random throwing of veg on the plate and will probably crack open the tinned mackerel. Might finish it off with a natural probiotic yogurt, raw honey and blueberries (awesomes).
