We've tried to explain the potential complications of Dalek's diet to him but it seems he's adamant not to change. At first I thought it was youth making him genuinely oblivious, now looks like he's just being stubborn.
Either that or he's the laziest troll I've seen. Not quite sure why the need to always specify the grams of biscuits :rolleyes:

L: Small chicken roll, Apple, Peach, Cheese string, watsits
S: cereal
D: Fried chicken livers, with spicy wholewheat noodles and salad
T: Slice of homemade banana bread and an ice lolly. Cups of tea and blue charge.
Rice krispies
nothing yet... but yesterday I just had some pasta and a slice of toast for dinner, but I didn't finish that either... that's kind of bad O_O

i havent had anything today but yesterday i had
Breakfast- kiwi
lunch- ham and chesse baguette but i didnt eat it all
Snacks- 2 mini kit kats, scone, packet of crisps
dinner- chips and two pieces of chicken and pork with stuffing those circle ones you get and i meant to be on a diet lol:eek:

L: 2 quorn Lincolnshire sausages with some butternut squash and crispy salad, an apple
S: Marmite on 1 toast, a cereal bar
D: 2 small quorn sausages, a small chicken burger in wholewheat roll, mixed veggies and a few new potatoes(spiced up of course)
P: Cereal

Why do I love carbs so much? :P

Oh **** it

Last night: A pint of Wainwright's
2AM: Some rip-off Special K, muesli, several slices of jam and peanut butter on toast, some grapes, a yoghurt
10AM: Weetabix and grapes
1PM: Sardines on toast, apple, yoghurt
4PM: Porridge, milk
5PM: Mars Choc Ice, Nougat, Lion Bar, maple pecan plait, dodgy corned beef processed butty
6-8PM: A slice of inspiration from my friend's brilliant artwork at his college exhibition ^_^ creativity nomnom
cocktail sausage, mini-muffin and Jaffa Cake
9PM: Steak and kidney pie with potatoes, carrots and sweetcorn
McDonalds new chicken burger thing with garlic and herb mayo, yummy. As a medium meal with a fat coke

A go ahead crispy slice pack (orange and sultana)

A cadbury's turkish delight bar

Pasta with cajun chicken, bacon, peppers and onions.... delicious.

I thought I'd had more than that to be honest. It's more than I've eaten in one day in a long time.
B: Toast, apple
S: Apple
L: Potato, spinach and chickpea curry with pitta bread and a hot chocolate
S: Handful of almonds, raisins and cranberries
D: Courgette, broad bean and spinach tomato pasta bake
plus Handful of milk chocolate chips and beer

Pretty average food for a day at work.

Breakfast: A bowl of fruit and fibre cereal with semi-skimmed milk and sweetener.
Snack: Some dairy milk giant buttons.
Snack: 2 marks and spencers "extremely chocolatey" biscuits.
Dinner: A bbq meat free glazed fillet, rustic oven chips and a poached egg.
Snack: A cherryade ice lolly and a cola ice lolly.

Drinks: About half a cup of red bush tea with sweetener, sugar free cream soda and diet coke.

Tea: lamb meatballs and pasta in a nice tomato sauce.
Midnight snack: 2 slices of plain bread.

And an onion ring and chicken nugget share box from McDonalds.

12:00pm - noodles, half a ham sandwich and crisps lol
Muesli/cereal with cold milk
5 pieces of chocolate
Half a shortbread
Half a sweet almond bun
Lots of coffee
