Breakfast: Was MEANT to be porridge and a yoghurt but my brother stumbled in drunk from a night out, started an argument with me whilst I was about to tuck in..result, brother covered in porridge, my belly empty. I dunno who was hurt the most.
So I grabbed a mini box of Rice Krispies at work and had about 57677 coffees.
B- Fruit and Fibre, soya milk, OJ
S- Gingerbread Nak'd bar (<3 these things!!!!)
L- Wholemeal pitta stuffed w/ houmous, falafel and salad
S- Fruitus bar
D- Omlette w/ tofu and sweet peppers, side salad and some berry crumble and custard for dessert!
Some porridge with orange again, then some muesli, then some chicken...then some porridge, lol
Tuna sandwiches ^_^ and a banana
Milk and an apple
2 yoghurts, yet more chicken, and 2 tbsp peanut butter...
Homely roast, then some apple crumble and custard out with friends and a Coke
I got home and panicked my way through a tub of chocolate buttercream icing :/
