Edinburgh street party - what to wear

Hi all, I'm going to the Edinburgh street party tomorrow and I have no clue what to wear, I checked the weather and it's to be -5 with wind chill and rain too :frown:

I need help on what to wear, I want to be super but still cute. Please help

Lots of clothes

I've been a couple of times. You'll basically need to be wrapped up warm but with a rainjacket of some kind on top. I wouldn't worry about the 'cute' factor because everybody there will be wrapped up like an eskimo as well :smile:
