Ntu help!!!!

HELP!!!! I received an email from NTU saying that I have registered on their application portal and that I still haven't submitted my application. HOWEVER , i have never logged into this before , and when i tried to register it said i was already registered, so i chose forgotten password and got onto it. I then went onto course search, and typed in the courses I had applied for , but nothing is coming up. I then tried to contact NTU , telling them about what was happening, but then it came up with an error telling me they were unable to process my query?
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!?
I really don't want to miss out on a place because of something stupid :frown:

Then you have done all you need to at this stage. When the NTU offices reopen after the bank holiday give them a ring and find out what it is exactly that they want you to do.
