is the TOEFL/IELTS score negotiable?

hey everyone i am a international student and recently i got my TOEFL score which is 105.
i know that LSE requires 107, so I wonder if LSE will just throw my file away once they have my Roefl score?

By the way, I am from Canada and I am currently getting 85/100 in my English 12 class. I guessbit may help.
