I was wondering what are the jobs in this field? Mainly residential property. I know about Estate Agents, Property Searchers and advisers (if that's what they're officially called). Is it possible to enter a job in this field as a Graduate? Or is specialist training necessary after the degree?

In fields such as Building or Quantity Surveying it is neccessary to gain employment from any degree background, however, you must be working towards a postgraduate qualification which is accredited by RICS. Should you then (as is common) wish to attain Chartered status, you would need to work towards the APC.

What aspects of the property industry interest you? Armed with that information, it would be easier to advise which potential jobs may suit.
