You know A-levels?

Now imagine learning the whole AS or A2 course in a subject in a week or two weeks.

Every week.

Oh and remember you will have the knowledge in each course you take probed thoroughly by your supervisors weekly and they write reports about you to your DoS :h:

I am more concerned about the payment. :colondollar: ~20k for me, as international student.

Wow. Do you get financial support and blah from Cam?

BTW, are you Chinese?

I have the same problem.

King's has given me until February 15 to prove I have £26,830 in funds annually :colondollar:

As a Canadian, that's about $43,000 CAD
I know I should be working in order that I meet the offer requirements, but I just can't stop stalking all of the Cambridge-related threads! :P

Hey are you here to scare me? Because you're doing an amazing job at it! (Joke)

But it's OKAY. My supervisors will LOVE ME and my DoS...well okay my DoS is a bit scary:colondollar:...but he will eventually LOVE me. So all will be fine *hypnotises to self*

On the bright side, living there would be great because there are at least 7 other Cam medics in my year with colleges all on the same road XD so I can go to their rich colleges and use free laundry.

Thinking about finding a scholarship, like trying out the Cambridge Trust. We just simply want to minimize the fee as much as possible, don't we?

Oh yeah, I am not Chinese  Pls don't take acount of all Asians-looking username for Chinese users, pls

Things I have to do the same for Queens  Have to prove something about my financial statement, and prove that I can cope with it blah blah.

But hey, if its put down into consideration, the amount of our 1st year salary can easily paid of the 1st year, and then so on the second year. So basically, getting a degree from Cambridge will absolutely worth the amount of money that u have paid for  That's something I keep faith for, you know

Aw, I ought to do that! Haha. Although there have been that many people for Magdalene on here, as far as I can tell anyway..

Which course did you apply for?

Well I heard Homerton's the biggest college in terms of student numbers (maybe I'm wrong) so in theory there should be more of us! But there are like, two!

I applied to Linguistics. You?
I'm not sure, but Homerton is definitely one of the larger colleges!
PPS.
Are there any Facebook Groups etc for offer holders?

Ahh PPS sounds so interesting! But it seems like a strange combination of subjects to have in one degree. I've not read the course description, though, so I'm probably wrong.

I haven't managed to find any  But I did give my college's page a cheeky like.

The subjects actually link up very well with each other  and after the first year, the course becomes increasingly specialised so you won't always be doing politics, psychology AND psychology - at the end of the course, I believe you end of specialising in either politics, psychology, sociology or a kind of joint sociology-psychology degree.

Yeah I'd say if you searched "College Name (Peterhouse?) Offer Holders 2012" you'd get a group and maybe the same with your subject (although Theology is smaller than most I believe so I'm not sure).

I've found groups for both my college and my subject :ninja: I've been too nervous to join yet though even though my offer is conditional  I think it's just because most of my friends don't even know I applied so everyone will be a bit like WHAT?? when they find out

Edit: I meant to say even though my offer is unconditional! That sentence literally made no sense haha
