I lived in Lupton in my first year and it was excellent, great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.

Hey there, i live in lupton at the minute.. Id definatly say its the best halls to apply too... dont apply to St Marks under no circum stances !!
Luptons gr8 because of the area its in, slap bang in the middle of student central headingley ! loadsa pubs shops and sunbeds ! Also best value for money and all blocks have been refurbished recently..
Only downside, once uve lived here for 6 month, ull realise that it eventually starts to look like a mental assalum.. and since theres no common room or living room, its hard as u gota sit in sum 1s room and that person is probably really sick of been in that room !!!
Make sure u bring a TV... ull need one.. ALSO !!! definatly get internet
