Thank you I agree with stopping the contest. But I hate myself and can't help it. I've tried being normal and it doesn't work.
If you go to your GP and explain, they can refer you to a dietician who will help you to work out a healthy eating plan which will allow your body to be healthy. There are people who will help you, so never feel as though you have to cope on your own.

They will. Print off the first page of this thread and show them what you've been eating and how you've been feeling; they'll definitely help then.

You don't need to diet. You don't need to be underweight to be diagnosed with an eating disorder, it's just one of many contributing factors. If your doctor fully understands the extent to your dieting and how unhappy you are with yourself then you will get the help you need.

Obviously I can't get a grip you moron. Otherwise I wouldn't be fine with chancing my heart stopping while I sleep.

Can we leave it there. I don't want to be accused of trying to get attention.

Just because you're heavily abused on your blog, doesn't mean it's the right way to go about things here. She has learned the error of her ways, withdrawn from the competition and doesn't want to carry this on anymore. Let's hope she gets better and can live healthily from now on.
no she hasnt, shes going to continue to lose weight!

I'm sorry I was so brash with you earlier on, I thought you were just being ignorant of your body. It's obvious you have issues with food, you should go to your doctor, what's the worst that could happen?

    Please go to your GP.

Ok some people have been speaking to you on this thread in an aggressive, rude an unnaceptable way. Some of these same people are obese by their own admissions and as such I would advise you not to listen to them.

This is my honest advice to you, and I am 99.9% sure that I am correct in all my assumptions based on past experience and people who I have met and worked with.

Look, you have an eating disorder. It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's not your fault and you have done nothing wrong. I'm not saying you are anorexic but you clearly have serious food issues and a poor mental image of yourself, an unrealistic mental image. I'm quite sure that when you look in the mirror you see something different to what others see.

The fact that you have already been in the hospital due to low blood pressure pretty much confirms this. The amount of calories you were eating were below the minimum requirment to power your own body. You need to understand how the body works, it takes around 1000 calories a day just to stay alive.

You need to go to your GP, and simply tell them "I have a problem with food" show them the first page of this thread, show them examples of your daily eating and they will help you. We live in a country with a health service, which you are entitled too. Medical help and counciling. Watch some documentaries on anorexia, read some forums, join some support groups. If you get proactive now you can solve this before you cause yourself some serious injury.

Please take this advice, I honestly believe you are on a slippery road and you will seriously benefit with some help. Also, tell your parents, tell your friends, you should not have to handle this on your own.
