ME Lower Body today. Running there and back in the snow was fun! (Bit chilly mind)

    Squats
    60kg
    x5

    70kg
    x3

    Deadlifts

    70kg
    x5

    80kg
    x5

    90kg fail

    85kg
x2 (reset form for the third rep and couldn't move it...)

    Leg Press

    80kg
    x8

    100kg
    x8

    120kg
    x8

    Hyperextensions
    15kg

    x12
    x12

    Leg Raises
    x16
    x16
    x16

    Cable Woodchop
12.5kg? Not sure on form for these
    x10
    x10
    x10

WW4SB feels a bit low volume with one ME set for 3-5 reps, might step this up to 3 sets next week.

Strength's gone up nicely anyway but I'm not getting any thinner! Tomorrow marks the start of the cutting I think, hopefully the snow will clear and I'll start running most mornings. I'll be subsisting entirely on skimmed milk, green tea and chicken breasts, hopefully I'll be able to drop my BF% without losing much strength.

Gah this bloody snow's a nightmare, no chance in hell of running so I'll just have to try and watch my diet carefully.

Thursday's ME Upper Body, did OHP before benching, OHP stronger but bench felt a lot weaker after pressing, I think my triceps are pretty weak... Dieting can't be helping either!

    OHP
    37.5kg
    x4
    x3
    x3

    Chins w/5kg assist
    x6
    x5
    x5

    DB Bench
    24kg per hand
    x2 (form fail I think)
    x3
    x3

    Bent Over Rows
    47.5kg
    x6
    x5
    x5

    Today's Lower Body ME:

    [Work sets]

    Squats
    70kg
x5 (watched So You Think You Can Squat, helped a lot, these felt awesome)

    Deadlifts
80kg - hit the top of my right knee on the way down on the 3rd rep, feels like I've bruised it or something... Hurt to straighten it for a while so I just left the deadlifting for today. Not sure if it was a form thing...

    Leg Press
    120kg
    x8
    x8

    Hyperextensions
    w/15kg
    x12

and then some leg raises/woodchops to finish.

Diet's been appalling today, somebody put M&S choc chip cookies in the house which was a bad move... Will exercise self-restraint from now on hopefully! In fairness they were bloody gorgeous...
