Argh everything I know is wrong. Isnt the probability of any given dice 1/6. So technically shouldn't the probability of getting a 5 be 2/6 not 2/7 where did you guys get 2/7 from :O
I dunno why you bumped this thread aha, but the first sentence of that question explains that the die is biased. Thus, the probability isn't 1/6 for every face. Does that answer your question? If the probability of getting a five were 2/6 and the probability of getting all the other faces was 1/6, the total probability would be greater than one. This is a problem. All you need to do is some simple algebra.

x+x+x+x+2x+x=1
x=1/7
