    If you have a couple of eggs for breakfast or a decent protein source with fresh orange juice you should be fine until lunch.

    All depends what you feel like when you finish school on this diet, see if you're hungry and maybe adding a piece of fruit for when you finish school, say an apple or a banana.

    Weight at beginning of this week - 100.1kg,
    Weight as of today morning - 98.4

    Day four

    Breakfast - two slices of toast with baked beans

    Lunch - two pieces of tandoori chicken with tons of peas and a bit of cabbage.

    Dinner - tandoori chicken again?! With mayo lol -_-

    Cals in - 1322
    Cals out - 289


    Net. 1033

    Basically today was terrible. Not enough exercise, too much food.

    I had an exam today, so eating and exercising habits went out of the window.


    Breakfast- toast beans and egg.
    Lunch- toast with margarine and a caprisun
    Snacks- pomegranate and two cups of tea.
    Dinner- tuna with mixed veg and mayo.

    Cals in - 993
    Cals out - 145

    Net = 848

    Been a pretty bad day for me, but tomorrow before leaving for school I'm going to have a ten/twenty minute session on the treadmill.

    Until late last year I used to eat TONNES, partly because I was bored a lot, an partly because 'taking a walk to the fridge' was classified as an exercise in my head haha,

    Right now I feel like I'm eating the right amount, well the amount everyone should eat, which is three meals a day right?

    Buttered toast and a caprisun is not a meal.

    You know how much to eat because we went through the BMR a few posts back

    Hahaha okay, that's like a one off though, and my mum made it cause I was revising for exams so blame her!

    1200 is the MIN a female should be eating

    1033 is quite low

    No dramas, I get genuinly concered when people start saying how little they eat. I had friends who got really messed up due to self enduced anorexia in school, that ****s nasty.

    Eat big, minus a few hundred calories
