    Log clean and press 65kg 0,1,0 lolwat. Technique was fairly sloppy. I either didn't use enough leg drive or set the press up poorly. I might have better luck with the lift if I just press it from the rack, but...

    Side lat raises, curls, face pulls etc.
    Completely forgot to work any bench variants in.
