Re: Reading and Leeds Thread 2012The Foos, The Cure, The Shins and Justice are the only acts I'd want to see out of that whole lineup, and Justice will clash with the Foos anyway. There's so much landfill indie and pop-punk *******s on there that it's unreal. Terrrrrrible.
Also, who the **** decided on Paramore subbing to The Cure?

Re: Reading and Leeds Thread 2012It's a decent line up! There's a really weird ordering though - Bombay Bicycle Club in between Paramore and You Me At Six?!!? Bit gutted there's no Bloc Party and there's way too much pop punk but it's not disastrous (or as bad as last year)! Particularly excited for BBC, Crystal Castles, Metronomy, Florence, Mystery Jets, Pulled Apart By Horses, Blood Red Shoes, Cribs, Azealia, Black Keys, Justice, Horrors (if they play old material), Band of Skulls and Two Door!!!
Wondering where Howler are though?!

Re: Reading and Leeds Thread 2012Decent line-up apart from those subbing the headliners - paramore? I thought they had split up?
Will still be a great weekend though. Last years line-up was awful and I had a great time, this year should be even better with friends, good music and hopefully some sun! -

That's a pretty bad lineup...
Small mercies in Billy Talent and The Black Keys, but overall bad. Paramore subbing to The Cure? What the ****?
I've got my ticket anyway, for the craic.
Overall though I think it's a cracking line up, makes up for last year. -

Tenacious D might be subbing for The Cure when they're announced, might redeem it abit more...
I've got my Reading ticket but I really want to go to Bestival too! The line up is a bit better than R&L imo
